1. About Garrow Mandai

Garrow Mandai is a community-focused online marketplace created to promote Garo products, crafts, books, clothing, and everyday essentials.
We provide a platform where individual sellers and small businesses can reach customers across India.


2. Who Can Register as a Vendor

Any individual or small business who:

  • Is legally allowed to sell products in India

  • Sells genuine, lawful products

  • Agrees to follow Garrow Mandai’s platform rules

There is no upfront registration fee to become a vendor.


3. How to Register as a Vendor

  1. Click to visit the Start Selling or Register now page on the Garrow Mandai homepage

  2. Fill in required details:

    • Name

    • Email ID

    • Mobile number

    • Store name

  3. Submit the registration form

  4. Upload required documents (see below)

  5. Once approved, you can start adding products


4. Documents Required

To comply with payment and platform policies, vendors may be asked to submit:

  • Any one Government-issued ID (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)

  • Bank account details (for receiving payments)

  • Address proof (if required by payment partners)

📌 Documents are used only for verification and payment processing.


5. Bank Details for Payments

Vendors must provide correct bank details, including:

  • Account holder name

  • Account number

  • Bank name

  • IFSC code

Incorrect or mismatched details may lead to payment delays.


6. Adding & Selling Products

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Uploading accurate product information

  • Using original images or images they have rights to use

  • Setting correct prices and stock availability

  • Packing products properly for shipping

Prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal products are strictly not allowed.


7. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

  • Vendors must process orders promptly after receiving them

  • Products should be packed securely to avoid damage

  • Delays or repeated order cancellations may result in account review

Shipping methods may be handled:

  • By the vendor directly, or

  • Through platform-supported courier services (if available)


8. Payments & Settlement

  • Payments from customers are collected through Garrow Mandai’s payment gateway

  • Vendor earnings are transferred to the registered bank account after successful order completion

  • Settlement timelines may depend on payment gateway and bank processing


9. Platform Fee & Commission (Important)

Currently, Garrow Mandai is offering FREE onboarding for vendors.

  • No platform fee for the initial period

  • A 10% platform commission will be applicable only after:

    • The vendor sells 10 items, OR

    • 2 months (that is exactly 60 days) have passed since registration
      (whichever comes earlier)

This commission helps us maintain the platform, payment systems, and support services.

📌 Any changes to commission structure will be informed in advance.


10. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

  • Fulfil orders honestly and professionally

  • Communicate clearly with customers

  • Maintain product quality

  • Follow Indian laws and marketplace guidelines


11. Account Suspension or Termination

Garrow Mandai reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate vendor accounts in case of:

    • Fraudulent activity

    • Repeated customer complaints

    • Sale of prohibited items

    • Policy violations


12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time.
Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
