I ordered the book Delhini Me·tra. Although it was delivered on time, I missed the post office call, mistakenly thinking it was a scam. Because of this small error, the parcel was returned, and I felt really bad about it.

When Mama Wilberth, the author, personally called me, he spoke very kindly and patiently. Even after the book was returned, he did not give up. He reassured me and later sent the book again. Today, I finally received it.

The packaging was excellent, and the book arrived safely. I am truly grateful for the patience, understanding, and dedication shown throughout.

Thank you from my heart, Garrow Mandai. Thank you so much, Mama Wilberth 🙏
