1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Wrong product received

Damaged product received

Product not delivered within the expected delivery timeframe
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Clear proof (photos or videos, wherever applicable)
Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Used or tampered products

Perishable goods
-
Custom-made or personalized products
4. Refund Method & Processing Time

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed through the same payment gateway used at the time of purchase and credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the customer provides valid payment details.
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. The actual credit time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
